A senior care practice built around listening

Hernandez Health provides preventive and chronic care in English and Spanish for adults 65+. We listen first, explain options clearly, and respect each patient’s language, culture, traditions, family roles, preferences, and goals.

Dr. David Hernandez-Rodriguez, MD

Dr. David Hernandez-Rodriguez is an internist and recognized leader in senior care and patient-centered medicine. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, he graduated with honors from the University of Guadalajara School of Medicine in 1997.

He began his career as a hospitalist for Adventist Health White Memorial and AltaMed in Los Angeles, where he gained clinical expertise in geriatrics.
